Injection Moulding

The injection moulding department is equipped with the latest thermoplastic injection moulding machines, including two - component injection moulding machines (PA, PP, POM, ABS, etc.) manufacturing various components up to 1.000 grams in weight.

In total, we use 30 machines with the clamping force from 25 to 400 tons supplied by renowned companies such as Krauss Maffei, Arburg or Engel; some of the machines are equipped with automated robotics for the removal of mouldings.

Moreover, the new factory building offers various control systems, such as sealing control unit, part assembly and part printing unit.
