Injection Moulding Department

There are 27 horizontal injection - moulding machines with the clamping force from 40 to 575 tons.  Some of the machines (mostly larger machines with more than 200 tones in weight) are equipped with automated metal insert loading system and with automated systems used to remove the parts from a mould. The injection moulding department can also produce precise technical mouldings to a weight of 1,3 kg.

The vast majority of mouldings come from moulds produced in KOH-I-NOOR RONAS facilities. We also offer a cheaper version of production in form of shape inserts for universal frames. One part of the serial production is performed on transferred moulds from other suppliers.
